Yoni yoga
Yoni Yoga
This yoga practice is part of the Dancing the divine journey, Roxanna draws on a variety of techniques, woven together in a unique style that blends the deep spiritual experiences from Tantra into a daily yoga practice that supports women to heal and nurture themselves on all levels, so that we can live our lives from our natural state of orgasmic bliss. “When we stop all the doing and controlling of the breath, the breath begins to breathe you, that in and of itself is orgasmic” Shantam Nityama
This ‘orgasmicness’ is not an out of body state that denies realty – the opposite is true, it is reality! By coming home to the body, we come to what is real in us, from that place we are far more equipped to be in life to it’s fullest!

How to Prepare for Yoga
Morning sessions: pack the night before. Come as you are when you first wake up – no make up, maybe stay in your pj’s!!?
All sessions: Avoid stimulants like caffeine. I recommend drinking warm-hot water with fresh lemon juice 1 hr before hand. If you must eat, have something really light and bring food to eat after yoga.
What to bring:
- Water bottle (to drink after the session – not during).
- Yoga matt / sheepie/ Yoga blanket – to create a soft firm base to practice on.
- Bolster or cushion (provided at some of the yoga venues eg Red tent yoga).
- Shawl or light blanket – to stay warm.
