Dancing the Divine is a journey – a series of Courses, Workshops and Retreats – where women come to know ourselves deeply as the source of love we really are and experience our full and radiant power, sexuality, divine beauty and orgasmic bliss. We are guided home to ourselves as divine beings of love, and to our heart’s deepest desire – to share love and have it received. We invite you to join us, share your feminine heart and allow the transformative power of erotic pleasure to connect us with the essence of our innate divinity and vast consciousness.
In this humbling place of Sacred Union, sexuality and spirit become one and the collective rift between the masculine and the feminine is healed.

Essentially the focus is on enhancing our natural orgasmic state of being and bringing about balance and harmony on all levels. It is a time and space created to relax, drop in and feel. This simple act of breathing and relaxing automatically activates the bodies phenomenal intelligence.
3. What do you do in the class?
Like any traditional Hatha yoga class, the session involves pranayama (breathing exercises) and Asana’s, predominately the rejuvenation postures to counteract our hectic, yang lifestyles. Thus to nurture and soften the flow of feminine energy.
The emphasis is on each woman’s personal experience thus illuminating her wisdom and unique relationship to herself and the natural flow of ‘orgasmicness’ in the body. This state of bliss is engaged by including sound & movement therapy and sometimes bodywork is part of the class.
4. What do the ‘Tantric practices for women’ involve?
For a start, it does not involve doing P.C muscle training or ‘Ovarian Kung-fu’ or any kind of vaginal exercises. This is much more simple than that. My approach to Tantra is that sexuality is a very natural part of us, like breathing and eating. If given the space to truly relax and unwind from the core, our natural orgasmic state of being begins to emerge.
The practice of yoga and deep relaxation, can create a conducive space for sub-conscious energies to unravel and release. Understanding that the womb can hold past trauma’s, beliefs or social conditions that are conflicting with our being, Yoni Yoga is designed to support women to come to understand more intimately how their body functions from an energetic standpoint and how to maintain higher frequencies of bliss while living in a modern world and the demands that come with that.
As a result ,the classes have been having a deeply healing and profoundly transformation effect on the women attending over a series of weeks.
5. Why do you do it?
Restoring feminine energy is not a luxury or a personal issue, it is a collective undertaking that is imperative for the future of our species on Planet Earth.
Yoni Yoga offers a very gentle approach to awakening, so a woman can feel safe to inquire, explore, clarify and purify her womb, coming together to begin the necessary recalibration. It is a practice that she can take and make her own according to her approach to spirituality.
